We appreciate the services that libraries across the state provide to New York taxpayers seeking tax forms and instructions. As you know, we no longer mail income tax forms to taxpayers, unless they call to request them. This saves New Yorkers $1 million annually in printing and mailing costs.
We encourage taxpayers to use our Web site to view and download forms, instructions, and to access the wealth of available income-tax related information.
