Effective January 1, 2010, you must file an amended New York State corporation tax return to notify the Tax Department of a change to your federal taxable income or federal alternative minimum taxable income. Form CT-3360, Federal Changes to Corporate Taxable Income, is obsolete and should not be used.

New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Acting Commissioner Jamie Woodward announced that Benson J. Davis, of 10049 Transit Road, East Bethany, was arraigned this week in Bethany Town Court before the Honorable William Shea on felony tax charges for failing to file income tax returns from 2002 through 2007 while having a tax liability in each of those years.
New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Acting Commissioner Jamie Woodward announced that Nat O. Lester III, the former Sweden Town Supervisor and sole member of the Brockport law firm, Lester and Lester, pled guilty today to one misdemeanor count of failing to pay personal income taxes before the Honorable Stephen T. Miller, acting Monroe County Court judge.
New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Acting Commissioner Jamie Woodward today announced that Tracy Staerr, 42, of 219 Schad Road, Alden, was sentenced Thursday by Erie County Judge Shirley Troutman to a five month local jail term and five years probation for embezzling from her former employer and failing to report personal income tax.
New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Acting Commissioner Jamie Woodward announced that Francis J. Iacovangelo, owner of Excel Auto Sales, 2950 Chili Avenue, was sentenced last Friday to 16 weekends in the Monroe County Sheriff's Work Release Program for failing to remit sales tax collected from his customers.
