| Under the terms of Section 1846 of the Tax
Law, the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance has the authority to
sell the stock of confiscated cigarettes which came into the
possession of the Department pursuant to judicial law. Restricted sales
are open to any interested bidder who possesses a current
New York State Stamping Agent License. |
