| Under the terms of Section 1846-a of the Tax
Law, the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance has the authority to
sell the stock of confiscated tobacco products which came into the
possession of the Department pursuant to judicial law. This
restricted sales are open to any interested bidder who possesses a current
New York State license to distribute tobacco products. |
